Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    3 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. shortening
    10 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water thoroughly.
    Add salt, sugar and eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in shortening until completely melted.
    Add flour, one cup at a time.
    When all mixed, let rise for 1 hour. Divide evenly into 3 sections.
    Will make 3 or 4 loaves of bread.
