Millie'S Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    topping (choice of fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate)
Preparation
    Put cupcake papers in muffin tins.
    Place 1 vanilla cookie in each.
    Mix cream cheese and rest of ingredients until smooth.
    Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from pan when cool.
    Chill.
    Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.
