Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten together
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Put sugar and butter in top of double boiler.
    Add the beaten eggs and lemon juice.
    Keep the water boiling.
    Stir often to keep it from framing around the pan.
    Cook until thick.
    Put filling in baked tart shells.
