Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy
    3 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    2 oz. jar diced pimentos
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (16 oz.) jar medium or mild chunky salsa
    3 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. spring onions, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl suitable for dipping.
    Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer.
    Great with Mexican food!
