Graham Cracker Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 graham crackers
    1 c. butter (no substitutes)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans (if desired)
    chocolate chips
Preparation
    Spray jelly roll pan with Pam. Lay crackers in pan, completely covering pan. Boil butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over nuts and crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. (Watch closely.) While still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips over top. When melted, spread into thin covering.
