Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple with juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken, remove and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Cook onion for 3 minutes in drippings.
    Add broth, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and mustard; add to hot liquid, stirring until clear and thickened.
    Add chicken.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes with rice, green pepper, pineapple and water.
