Lima Bean And Beef Ball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 boxes frozen Fordhook limas
    1/4 c. milk
    1 slice bread
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    In another bowl mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, egg and garlic.
    Squeeze excess milk out of bread.
    Add egg mixture and beef.
    Stir lightly with a fork. Pinch off balls (size of walnut).
    Handle lightly.
    Brown on all sides in 1 tablespoon of margarine.
