Old Fashion Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peaches, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sweet milk
Preparation
    Steam peaches, fresh or frozen, until tender.
    Add no water. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 of the oleo.
    Pour into a baking dish.
    Make a pastry of the 1 cup flour, shortening, salt and milk.
    Roll out and cut in strips.
    Pout on top of peaches. Spoon remaining oleo over strips and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
