Sisser'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
2/3 c. peach juice
1 can sliced peaches (large can)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt stick of margarine in baking dish. Add peach juice to sugar, flour and baking powder.
Mix well. Pour batter into baking dish but do not mix with margarine. Combine peaches and cinnamon then, using a slotted spoon, place peaches evenly over batter in pan but do not mix with batter. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
