Tempah-Popcorn Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. popcorn rice
    4 c. water
    2 Vegex cubes
    1 pkg. soy tempah
    1 onion, finely chopped
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 small carrots, chopped
    black olives, chopped
    10 to 12 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
Preparation
    Boil water with Vegex.
    Add rice.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender; set aside.
