Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. butter
    2 lb. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    small glass buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rub the butter into flour.
    Dissolve soda into the glass of buttermilk.
    Strain through a fine sieve into the flour.
    Add salt and beat well.
    Roll thin and bake.
    If not crisp when first baked, put them in again and bake over again.
