Gerry'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh broccoli
2 c. fresh cauliflower
2 c. carrots
1 1/2 c. celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
With exception of peas, steam for 5 minutes.
Place steamed vegetables in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Add peas.
Mix soup and Cheddar cheese together and spoon over vegetables.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine.
Spread over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
