Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tsp. minced onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
white pepper to taste
lettuce leaves
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 to 3 c. cantaloupe
seedless green grapes
Preparation
-
Combine
chicken
and
celery.
Combine next 6 ingredients, stirring
well.
Add
to
chicken mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serve on lettuce; garnish with melon and grapes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
