Sonny'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mincemeat
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can Eagle condensed milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch tube pan.
    Line with waxed paper; butter again.
    Sift flour and baking soda.
    Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Pour in pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours until center springs back and top is golden.
    Cool.
    Turn out and remove paper.
