Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 onion
1 celery
1 can corn
1 can red kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes (Italian style)
1/2 c. water or more
shredded Cheddar cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Pour into taco mix (follow package directions).
Saute onion and celery in same frypan.
In large saucepan, pour in all remaining ingredients except cheese, sour cream and chips.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Serve hot with shredded cheese and sour cream on top of soup.
Scoop with chips.
