Pheasant Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pheasant
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 to 2 1/2 c. broth
    2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Simmer pheasant in salt water until done.
    Remove from bones. Cut in pieces.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish, topping casserole with grated cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Chicken or turkey may be used instead of pheasant.
