Baked Ritz Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 small box Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in long casserole dish.
    Crush crackers.
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
    Roll each piece of chicken in margarine, then in cracker crumbs and place in casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0, then turn chicken over and continue baking for 30 minutes more.
