Caramelita Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. melted butter
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients until crumbly.
    Press 2/3 of this into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 8 minutes or so or until light golden brown.
    Spread Eagle Brand on top and chocolate chips if you wish. Put remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
