Christmas Brunch Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh cranberries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. peeled and diced apple
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients
    in a saucepan.
    Cook, uncovered, over medium low heat, stirring frequently until mixture registers 221\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
    This will take about 1 1/2
    hours. Spoon cranberry mixture into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch
    head
    space.
    Cover
    at
    once
    with
    lids. Process
    in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.\tYield:\t5 half pints.
