Mama'S Fried Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 tart apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
dash of cinnamon
dash of cloves
1 large can buttermilk biscuits
Preparation

Peel and slice apples.
Cook until tender.
Add sugar and spices.
Roll out biscuits into a thin circle.
Fill with 2 teaspoons apple mixture.
Fold into half moons and seal edges together with a fork.
Fry in shortening.
