Pork Tenderloins With Mojo Criollo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins (1 shrink wrapped pkg.)
6 to 8 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. pure Spanish olive oil
1/2 c. sour (Seville) orange juice or 1/4 c. sweet orange juice, 1/8 c. lime juice and 1/8 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Make Mojo Criollo or buy it in a grocery store where there is a large Cuban population.
Crush garlic and salt to make a thick paste.
Combine with juice.
Pour juice into hot oil and stir. Pour over pork tenderloins and marinate a few minutes to a few hours in the refrigerator.
