Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    4 (10 3/4 oz.) cans water
    2 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
    2 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. season salt
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
    2 green onions, diagonally sliced
Preparation
    Heat broth, water, carrots, onions and seasoning to boiling in a Dutch oven (large pot).
    Simmer until carrots are tender.
    Stir in chicken and noodles.
    Heat to boiling.
    Simmer to boiling for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in green onions.
