Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Bring peaches,
    sugar
    and
    margarine
    to a boil.
    Make dough as preparing for two pies.
    Roll out dough; pour half of peaches in
    glass dish or pan.
    Place strips of crust.
    Leave crust
    in round
    or
    square piece.
    Place over peaches; prick dough with fork.
    Place in oven at 400\u00b0 (425\u00b0 for glass).
    Let bake
    until golden brown.
    Roll out remaining crust and place remaining
    hot peaches
    over
    browned crust from first layer. Place
    dough
    over peaches.
    Prick dough with fork.
    Sprinkle with sugar; return to oven.
    Bake until golden brown.
