Glaze For Pork Roast - cooking recipe

2/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. apricot nectar
4 tsp. cider vinegar

Preparation

About 1/2 hour before pork roast is done, mix sugar, mustard and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
Stir in apricot nectar and vinegar.
Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Remove pork roast and spoon about 1/2 cup of glaze over it.
Return to oven for another 30 minutes.
