Chocolate Eclair Dessert 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
4 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 container ready made chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding according to package directions.
When it thickens, fold in Cool Whip.
Filling will be creamy.
Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over these.
Add another layer of graham crackers and top with remaining pudding mix.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
Remove foil from frosting and warm in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
Spread frosting over top layer graham crackers.
