Stuffed Zucchini(Koosa Mahshi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 zucchini or vegetable marrow (5 to 6 inches long)
    3/4 c. rice, washed and drained
    1 c. beef or lamb, ground
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato paste
    water
Preparation
    Cut off the growth end of zucchini or vegetable marrow. Hollow vegetables out by using a table knife, apple corer or a special zucchini corer, removing the pulp and leaving a 1/4-inch wall.
    Be careful not to pierce walls.
    Set aside.
    Set oven at 400\u00b0.
