Gazebo Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    3 chopped green onions
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 grated carrots
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans potato soup
    8 oz. grated Velveeta cheese
    parsley flakes
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    8 oz. sour cream
    coarse ground pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat; add onions, celery and carrots. Saute until tender; add chicken broth and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add potato soup, cheese, parsley, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes.
