Fudge Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. unsifted flour
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1 c. shelled California walnuts, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk (not evaporated)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until brownies pull away from pan.
