Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (eye of round)
    1 envelope onion dry soup mix
    3 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
    3 large cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can corn (optional)
    peas (optional)
Preparation
    Place roast, soup mix and canned soup in covered pan.
    Bake for at least 3 hours at 325\u00b0 or lower.
    When meat is tender, slice and add Veg-All.
    Put back in the oven until vegetables are warm.
