Rhubarb Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook rhubarb and 3/4 cup sugar.
Cool and then add milk, beaten egg yolks and flour mixed with rest of sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cover with meringue and bake until brown.
