Veal And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless veal steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 green apples, cored and sliced without peeling
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 to 6 Tbsp. half and half
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Trim veal of excess fat.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter until foamy.
    Saute apple slices until tender and lightly browned. Remove.
    Keep warm.
