Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. kraut
1 mango or green pepper, chopped
1 large onion
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Wash and drain kraut.
Mix all ingredients together.
Best if made day before serving.
