Ken'S Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    half-frozen chuck roast
    garlic salt to taste
    onion
    celery
    carrots
    potatoes
Preparation
    Pierce half-frozen roast with fork repeatedly.
    Rub real good with garlic salt and flour.
    Brown roast in Dutch oven with onion. After brown, put enough water to cover roast in Dutch oven.
    Add sliced carrots and celery; simmer slow for about 1 hour.
    Add potatoes and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Thicken gravy with flour.
    Enjoy.
