Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef broth
    2 1/2 c. rice
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. pimento
    1 bell pepper
    1 stick celery
    1 onion
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Wash rice, add other ingredients in a baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done and stir two times.
