Carrot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. garlic
    1 c. diced potatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook 30 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes before adding 1/4 cup skim milk and 1/4 tablespoon flour for thickness.
    You may eat with crackers or cornbread when served.
