Decaffeinated Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. coffee
    8 c. tap water
Preparation
    Put coffee in a large bowl.
    Pour water over grounds and leave in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
    Strain liquid through paper towels and discard grounds.
    Put \"essence of coffee\" liquid in a cup of boiling water to taste.
    Keep liquid in refrigerator.
