Low-Fat Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    English muffin halves
    turkey breakfast sausage (low-fat)
    green peppers, diced
    onion, diced
    fat-free shredded Mozzarella
    fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
    low-fat spaghetti sauce
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown English muffin halves sprinkled with garlic salt under broiler.
    Spread halves with spaghetti sauce.
    Steam onion and green pepper in small amount of water in microwave.
    Brown sausage in skillet, breaking up meat.
    Add sausage, peppers, onion and cheese to taste atop the English muffin halves.
    Bake about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
