Eggplant And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggplants
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 egg
    3 slices white bread
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Colby cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel and boil diced eggplants.
    Saute meat, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
    Soak bread in egg and milk mixture.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
