Golden Glow Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box orange jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated carrots or more
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add pineapple, lemon juice and salt.
Pour in container and let congeal.
Remove from refrigerator.
Add carrots and nuts.
Return to refrigerator until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
