Uncle Verne'S Breast Of Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 duck breast
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 slice uncooked bacon
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place duck breast on aluminum foil.
    Rub on butter and bacon. Then place the slice of bacon on top of duck.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Seal the foil tightly.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
