Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sliced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Toss sliced apples with lemon juice, lemon rind and water. Mix in sugar, tapioca, spices and raisins. Place apple mixture in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch pan.
