Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices loaf bread
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. hot sausage
    12 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Butter toast and slither 12 slices of bread (edges trimmed). Crumble in bottom of casserole dish (approximately 10 x 12-inches).
    Cook mild sausage and hot sausage; drain and crumble. Pour on top of sausage.
    Mix in bowl eggs, half and half, 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese and salt and pepper.
    Beat all together and pour on top of sausage.
    Top with 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
