Steak Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thinly sliced beef
    butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Brown thin slices very quickly in butter, about 1 minute each side, turning once.
    Remove to warm serving dish.
    To drippings in pan, add remaining ingredients.
    Swirl over heat to blend.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
