Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream oleo, Crisco and sugar together, then add remaining ingredients.
    Beat together until smooth and fold in 5 egg whites (beaten stiffly).
    Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
    Pour batter into pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
