Angels On Horseback - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar oysters
bacon slices
garlic powder
Preparation

Drain oysters, rinse, pat dry with paper towels and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Cut bacon slices in half crosswise.
You will need 1/2 bacon slice per oyster.
Wrap each oyster with 1/2 bacon slice and skewer with toothpick to secure bacon (dampen each toothpick before inserting through oysters and bacon to prevent the toothpicks from charring while cooking).
Place oysters on broiler pan and broil each side until bacon is cooked.
