Ravioli In Tarragon Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 oz. Prosciutto, julienned
1 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 (13 to 14 oz.) boxes fresh or frozen cheese filled ravioli
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in Prosciutto and saute 1 minute. Add cream and tarragon; season with salt and pepper. Simmer 2 minutes or until cream is slightly thickened.
