Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 onion
    2 carrots
    1 c. celery
    2 potatoes
    8 c. chicken broth (3 cans)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onion, celery, carrots and potatoes.
    Add to broth; cook until tender.
    Turn down heat.
    Add cheese and chicken; heat thoroughly, but do not boil, or cheese will curdle. Use a large soup pot.
