Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes or yams (cooked or canned)
    1 stick butter, soft
    1/4 to 1/2 c. bourbon
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large bowl.
    Mash.
    Add butter, bourbon, orange juice, brown sugar, salt and spice; beat until fluffy smooth.
    Spoon into buttered 6-cup baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
