Sparkling Cranberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cranberry juice
    1 qt. club soda
    1/2 gal. chilled raspberry sherbet
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    Mix cranberry juice and lemonade concentrate in large punch bowl.
    Just before serving, stir in club soda.
    Sherbet may be floated on beverage in punch bowl.
    Makes about 20 servings in tall glasses.
