Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion
    1/3 stick butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop squash and onion.
    Cook together in electric skillet. Stir in all ingredients.
    Simmer until mixed well.
    Add bread crumbs to thicken.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 45 minutes to 1 hour.
